BEE2EZ Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to BEE2EZ! These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our marketing management platform, including all services, features, and content offered. By registering or using BEE2EZ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By creating an account, accessing, or using the BEE2EZ platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies and guidelines.
  2. About BEE2EZ
    BEE2EZ is a marketing management platform that enables automation of social media posts, lead management, and content creation. Through our platform, you can connect your social media accounts, schedule and manage content, and enjoy features that optimize your digital marketing strategies.
  3. Registration and User Accounts
    • Registration: To use the BEE2EZ platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your personal data and business identification details. You agree to keep this information up to date.
    • Essential Data: The data provided during registration, both personal and business, are essential for the platform's operation and for providing our services.
    • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • Minor Access: The BEE2EZ platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. By using the platform, you declare that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
  4. Connecting with Social Networks
    BEE2EZ allows you to connect your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to our platform. By doing so, you grant us permission to access and interact with these accounts according to the permissions you grant and the respective social networks' APIs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant us these permissions.
  5. Plans, Trial Period, and Payment
    • Free Trial Period: BEE2EZ offers a free 7-day trial period for new users, with access to limited features. At the end of this period, to continue using the platform with all available features, you must purchase a paid plan.
    • Paid Plans: We offer various paid plans with different levels of features and resources. Details of each plan, including prices and what they cover, are available on our pricing page.
    • Payment: The purchase of a paid plan is made through a monthly subscription with recurring charges. We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize BEE2EZ and Stripe to process charges according to the selected plan.
    • Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
    • Refunds: Our plans are monthly, and as a rule, we do not offer refunds for unused service periods. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.
  6. Platform Use and AI-Generated Content
    • User Conduct: You agree to use the platform ethically and legally, respecting the rights of third parties and the policies of connected social networks. It is prohibited to use the platform to:
      • Publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory content, or content that infringes copyrights and intellectual property rights.
      • Engage in spam or send unsolicited messages.
      • Engage in activities that harm the platform, other users, or social networks.
      • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.
    • User Content: You are solely responsible for the content you publish, schedule, or manage through BEE2EZ. BEE2EZ does not endorse or take responsibility for any user content.
    • AI-Generated Content: BEE2EZ may offer content generation features through artificial intelligence. It is crucial to understand that AI-suggested content is a support tool and does not replace your review and judgment.
    • User Approval: Any content generated by AI will only be published after your express approval.
    • User Responsibility: By approving and publishing AI-generated content, you assume full responsibility for its accuracy, legal compliance, suitability, and any consequences arising from its publication. BEE2EZ is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or any other issues with AI-generated content that you have approved and published.
  7. Lead Management
    The BEE2EZ platform offers tools for lead management. You are solely responsible for collecting, storing, and using your leads' data, and must do so in compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR, LGPD, etc.). BEE2EZ acts as a data processor for the leads you manage on our platform, but the primary responsibility for legal compliance is yours.
  8. Communications
    By registering with BEE2EZ, you agree to receive electronic and mobile communications from us, including emails and push notifications, for system notices, service updates, security information, and other messages related to platform use. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings, if applicable.
  9. Data Collection and Use (Google Analytics and Others)
    • Usage Data: BEE2EZ uses data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to collect information about platform usage (e.g., pages visited, session time, device type, etc.). This data is used to improve the platform's functionality and performance, as well as to understand our users' needs.
    • Registration Data: As mentioned, we collect your personal and business identification data to enable access to and use of the services.
    • Privacy: All information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. We recommend that you read it carefully.
  10. Intellectual Property
    All content on BEE2EZ (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, etc.), except for user-generated content, is the exclusive property of BEE2EZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  11. Third-Party Links
    BEE2EZ may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of these third parties. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BEE2EZ.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    BEE2EZ is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Under no circumstances will BEE2EZ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEE2EZ, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
  14. Modification of Terms
    BEE2EZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  15. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the BEE2EZ platform, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, if you violate these Terms of Use or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
  16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. The court of Porto, Portugal, is elected to resolve any issues arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
  17. General Provisions
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and BEE2EZ regarding the use of the platform.
    • Waiver: The failure of BEE2EZ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
